Dranesville Elementary Family Fun Night and Free Throw Basketball Competition

6:00 PM - Competition for grades PreK - 2nd

7:00 PM - Competition for grades 3rd - 6th

Join us for family games, concessions, prizes, raffles, music, and of course, the Turkey Toss! Register now to secure your team’s spot. Bring the family to enjoy watching the competition. There will also be family board games to play, concessions available, and you can pre-order a pizza to take the worry out of having dinner.

Turkey Toss Details

What: A student and an adult partner (over 18) shoots 5 free throws each at an age-appropriate distance and height. DES Staff can also enter the competition! The team with the most points in each division wins a turkey!! Prizes will also be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place teams, and all registered teams will be entered into a drawing for door prizes.

Cost: $10/team. Spectators and board game area are free.

Why: To have fun with your DES community, show off your free throw skills, and a chance to win a turkey! All proceeds will go towards the Dranesville Elementary PTA to support our school.
